Senior Banking Results-Oriented Executive with a deep knowledge of the Latin American region.

His expertise comes from delivering tailor-made solutions for a variety of needs, including implementation of a variety of Corporate Finance & Portfolio Solutions to a broad number of Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets and advanced financial vehicles.

Over the last 20 years, Mr. Rius worked for Banco Santander, Merrill Lynch and BBVA. From these large financial institutions with a strong footprint in Latin America, Mr. Rius has been serving top wealthy families, institutions, corporate and local government regulators in the region. His most recent position was Head of Corporate Finance Solutions for Santander.

Mr. Rius holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Barcelona University and a MPA from SIPA-Columbia University.

Oriol is a native of Spain who resides with his wife in New York, NY.
