Vista Alta was founded in 2014 with an initial investment to serve rural communities in Latin America.

Our Mission

Vista Alta provides different solutions to harness resources from private investors and impact entrepreneurs, giving all the opportunity to participate in the “Impact Investment” ecosystem.

It is the way to combine purpose driven objectives while getting financial competitive returns. We have focused our efforts to address Latin America’s most serious challenges, while acknowledging its unique natural resources. This makes it also a great business opportunity.

We have developed our own rigorous specific social and climate change goals, and give additional weight depending on the combined effect of DSG objectives; this is a key aspect of our management and investment analysis.

Started in 2014 as Vista Alta Consultants, to promote and invest in privately held companies in Latin America. It holds investments in an operating business serving rural communities in the region.

VISTA ALTA ADVISORS LLC

A Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), founded in 2017, gathering over 20 years of investments and management experience for one of the world largest financial groups, offering a broad range of investment advisory and wealth management services. We specialized in identifying listed securities to be included in portfolios for individuals and families, interested to have Impact Investments in their strategy.

VISTA ALTA MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS INC

Founded in 2020 mainly by Latin American entrepreneurs with extensive experience in Latin America and international markets, collaborating to identify and promote the growth of scalable businesses of social impact in the region. With our own analisys tools, we advise small and medium size businesses to get to the next entrepreneurial level. With this arm, we have established either joint ventures or advisory contracts with operating profitable businesses, in sectors aligned with our impact priorities.

PHILANTROGUIA

A non-profit organization (501c3), based in South Florida, founded in 2010 with the purpose to inform, educate, promote and develop interest in Philanthropy and Impact Investments within the Latin American community.
